At Inova – Empresa de Desenvolvimento Económico e Social de Cantanhede, E.M. - S.A., the company that organises Expofacic - Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial Fair of Cantanhede, we respect the privacy of those who use our products and services, among which the websites and apps we provide. In this document we refer to Inova – Empresa de Desenvolvimento Económico e Social de Cantanhede, E.M. - S.A. as “INOVA-EM,” “us” and “our;” and to you as “you,” “your” or “yours.”
Information we collect, how we collect and how we use it
The e-mail address you provide us with will initially be stored in a proprietary INOVA-EM database, and then uploaded to Mailchimp until you request the removal of your e-mail from the list of subscribers to our newsletters. You may do so by selecting the link included for that purpose at the bottom of our newsletters e-mails or, if you prefer, you can send us an e-mail requesting its removal to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org

Will we share the information with third parties?
INOVA-EM subcontracts third parties to process some of the personal data it collects. The companies we hire are carefully chosen to ensure that they have implemented the procedures necessary to comply with data protection legislation.
Below we list the companies that are subcontracted by INOVA-EM, as well as the data and purposes for which the data are communicated to them:
I. Dascat Software, Lda. (under the brand 10.digital) - this company announces our marketing and publicity campaigns and manages the competitions that INOVA-EM launches on the Expofacic website (www.expofacic.pt). The data processed by Dascat Software are protected by the Data Processing Agreement between NOVA-EM and Dascat Software Lda.. This document establishes rules of access to data, as well as procedures and good practices aimed at minimising the risk of improper access to your data, as well as information leaks.

NOVA-EM may change the list of subcontractors at any time.
We do not share your data with other companies, for the above purposes or others.
How do we protect your personal information?
We implement the necessary security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data that we collect and process, as well as to prevent the unauthorised disclosure, unauthorised access, loss or destruction of personal data. However, we should note that no security or encryption method can guarantee the full protection of the information against hackers or human error.
Your rights regarding your personal information
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and/or portability by means of a written communication, accompanied by a document proving your identity and/or the data to be corrected, where applicable, which must be sent to the e-mail: email@example.com.
Opposition to the processing of data referred to herein, which is communicated to NOVA-EM after the commencement thereof, shall take effect only from the date of receipt of such communication, without affecting the legitimacy of the processing carried out thus far.
With regard to the exercise of the right to data portability, please note that, according to the applicable legislation, this applies only to data collected on the basis of your consent and processed by automated means.

We organise occasional contests with the support of sponsors. The data collected during these contests will not be shared with the sponsors, nor with any other company that is not listed in section 3 of this document.
